How is this different from editing the video myself?
Editing a 2-minute video takes hours: finding scenes, syncing voice, styling captions, exporting per platform. Montajly does all of that from your script in minutes — you review and publish.
Where are my videos stored?
On your own device only. Montajly’s servers manage your account and license — they never store, proxy, or stream your media files.
What happens when my daily minutes run out?
Production pauses until the daily limit resets, or you can upgrade your plan anytime. Failed renders are never counted against your minutes.
Can I use my own voiceover?
Yes — upload an MP3, WAV, or M4A file and Montajly builds the scenes and captions around it. Or choose from 30 professional voices.
How do refunds work?
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment per the refund policy. Contact support@montajly.com and we’ll review it promptly.
